Caffeine-Free with Integrity
This coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, a 100% chemical-free method that preserves the natural taste and quality of the beans. By relying on water and osmosis, this process gently removes caffeine while maintaining the coffee’s signature flavor profile, ensuring a pure and satisfying cup every time.

Our beans are sourced from fair trade farms that prioritize ethical farming practices and sustainability, ensuring that each purchase supports the dedicated farmers who make this exquisite coffee possible.

Brewing Recommendations

For the perfect cup:

  • Use 1–2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 ounces of water.

  • Brew at a water temperature of 195–205°F for optimal extraction.

  • Experiment with grind size to suit your brewing method and taste preferences.

Choosing your grind

Choosing the right grind depends on your brewing method. Here’s a quick guide to help you pick the best grind for your coffee:

  • Whole Bean – Best if you want to grind fresh for maximum flavor and customize your grind size.

  • Coarse Grind – Ideal for French press, cold brew, and percolators (chunky, sea salt-like texture).

  • Medium Grind – Perfect for drip coffee makers and pour-over brewers (similar to granulated sugar).

  • Fine Grind – Best for espresso machines and Aeropress (short brew time) (smooth, powdery texture).
