Indulge in the vibrant flavors of Ethiopia Natural, a beautifully crafted medium/light roast that celebrates the rich heritage and exceptional quality of Ethiopian coffee. Sourced from the high-altitude regions where coffee was first discovered, this single-origin offering delivers a remarkable sensory experience with every sip.

Bean Origin & Processing

Grown at elevations ranging between 1700-1900 meters above sea level, these beans benefit from Ethiopia's rich volcanic soil and ideal climate conditions. The natural (dry) processing method preserves the fruit's essence, infusing the beans with intense sweetness and complex fruit flavors.

Roast Level

This roast level carefully bridges the gap between light and medium, ensuring a well-rounded profile that highlights both the origin's distinctiveness and the roasting artistry. It is meticulously developed to showcase the coffee's natural sweetness and vibrant acidity without overpowering its delicate floral and fruit characteristics.

Brewing Recommendations

To fully appreciate the Ethiopia Natural, we recommend brewing with methods that highlight clarity and brightness, such as:

  • Pour-over: Enhances the coffee’s nuanced flavors and clean finish.

  • French Press: Provides a fuller body while retaining the vivid fruity notes.

  • Cold Brew: Brings out the coffee's natural sweetness and smooth chocolatey undertones for a refreshing treat.

Choosing your grind

Choosing the right grind depends on your brewing method. Here’s a quick guide to help you pick the best grind for your coffee:

  • Whole Bean – Best if you want to grind fresh for maximum flavor and customize your grind size.

  • Coarse Grind – Ideal for French press, cold brew, and percolators (chunky, sea salt-like texture).

  • Medium Grind – Perfect for drip coffee makers and pour-over brewers (similar to granulated sugar).

  • Fine Grind – Best for espresso machines and Aeropress (short brew time) (smooth, powdery texture).
